Why did you feel coaching was important for you and your business?

I felt like I needed to bounce my ideas off someone, even just to hear myself saying them out loud started to focus my mind on what it was I wanted, and Cara was the perfect coach for that.  I wanted someone who was going to challenge my thinking to help me decide what was right for me to move forward with.

How was the experience for you?
Cara is the just the best, she's so warm and friendly which made the process that much easier, we built trust really quickly which I think is paramount for this process. I could bring literally anything to our sessions and knew she would accept and support me with it.

Was there anything that stopped you from having coaching sooner? Or any hesitations beforehand?

I think it was the unknown of what was going to happen which made me hesitate, was I going to be asked questions I really didn't know the answers to or were some of my thoughts crazy or irrelevant - but it's just not like that, I couldn't have been more wrong!

How do you feel coaching has impacted your business/professional and/or your personal life?
In so many ways!  I'm able to use the critical thinking  we apply in sessions for myself now and it's given me a focus and direction for my business which allows me to be proactive and stay on track.

If there is anything you would change in the process, what would that be?
I would have had Cara live nearer so our sessions could have been in person!

If you could give one piece of advice to someone thinking about having coaching, what would that be?

If you're open minded to the process and truly want something to change in your life for the better just crack on with it - you honestly won't regret it!
